The Start Of Something New

Tommorrow I start something called the "Master Cleanse". It is as follows:
Drink 6-12 cups for 10 days:
-2 Tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
-2 Tablespoons of maple syrup
-1/10 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
-1 Cup Purified Water

Morning and Night drink:
-2 Teaspoons non iodinized salt
-32 ounces of purified water

This is all you have.
Nothing else.
Its supposed to rid your body of toxins and make you lose weight.
